Heather, a native Oregonian, grew up in the shadow of Mount Hood, and graduated from Corbett High School in hot pursuit of a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from Warner Pacific; but the trail didn’t go cold there.  She set her sights on a career in the criminal justice system and that led her to the University of San Diego, where she achieved a Master’s Degree in Law Enforcement and Public Safety Leadership.  Today, Heather supports the Washington County Sheriff’s Office as a Jail Services Technician; ensuring that the community interest is served through the proper processing of inmates as they move through the system.

When she’s not serving the public at work, she’s busy taking care of her fostered furry friends, and working to find them forever homes of their own.   She stays active by keeping her gym time regular, participating in co-ed sports leagues and the occasional polar plunge (brrrrrr)!  Heather also likes to stay involved with the arts and offers her talents acting and modeling to television programs and commercial video and photography.
